大中华地区碳纤复材产业现况与合作发展建言

The status of carbon fiber composites of Greater China region and proposal on the promoting cooperation of the cross-straits

简介和分析了大中华地区碳纤维及其复合材料产业和市场的现状,表明2011年大中华地区对碳纤维的需求量占全球总需求量的21%;在碳纤维及其复合材料产业发展方面海峡两岸各具特色,但处于技术传统、研发和创新能力弱、软科学和人才缺失以及缺乏核心竞争力状态;并从产业转型升级、把握机遇、提升内功、创建环境等多方面论述和分析,指出海峡两岸产业合作的必要性。最后提出开放合作、政府推动、沟通互信、优势互补、资源整合、科技创新等合作建言。

It briefly introduces and analyses the current industry and market status of carbon fiber and its composites in Greater China region, stating that the demand of carbon fiber in 2011 of this region accounted for 21% of total global demand. Regarding the development of carbon fiber and its composites, companies of both sides across the Straits have their own characteristics, but both sides are in a status of using traditional technology, weak R＆D and innovation capability, lack of soft science, talents and core competence. Through analyses in different aspects, such as industry transformation ＆ upgrading, seizing opportunities, enhancing cooperate competence and environment, the authors point out the necessity of cooperation of the cross-straits..In the end authors propose on the cooperation of the cross-straites, such as more opening mind, government promotion, communication and mutual trust, complementary strengths, integration of resources, scientific innovation and so on.
