苛化轻质碳酸钙晶形的影响因素研究

摘要 以工厂绿液和生石灰为实验原料来制备苛化轻质碳酸钙(苛化PCC),探讨消化温度、消化时间和苛化时间等晶形影响因素,通过SEM观察白泥的微观形貌来优化反应条件。将苛化PCC、生产线白泥和商品PCC进行抄片应用和物理指标检测,综合评价其性能。结果表明,苛化PCC性能明显优于生产线白泥,与商品PCC比较接近。 Causticizing precipititated calcium carbonate(CPCC) was prepared with green liquor and CaO from pa- per mill. The factors influencing crystal morphology, such as slaking temperature, slaking time and causticizing time, and so on, were discussed. The reaction conditions were optimized by SEM morphology observation. The ap- plication properties of CPCC, white mud from paper mill and comerical PCC as fillers were evaluated. Results showed that CPCC was better than white mud from production line, but the performances was nearly the same as comercial PCC.
