摘要 师范生作为我国未来的教师,是进入基础教育的主力,反思芬兰教师教育模式有助于我国师范教育质量和教师职业能力的提高。 Finnish normal education is one of the world＇ s leading. In our country, basic education is obvious backward. Normal school students as the future teacher, is the main force which is going into the basic education. Rethink the Finnish teacher＇ s education model could contribute to the improvement of the quality of our normal education and the teacher＇ s professional ability
