摘要
开设大课堂成为一些高校缓解学生的学习需求和课程资源不足的矛盾的不二选择。教师水平的参差不齐和教学管理部门的缺位导致高校文科大课堂的两极分化。虽然管理的完善和机制的创新往往滞后于实践的需要,但教师是课堂的主宰者,是决定教学质量的关键要素。大课堂任课教师要深刻意识到大课堂的效应和价值,以不断提升课程质量,倾全力打造精品课程为根本,以引入分组教学办法,创新考勤机制,使用新设备、新技术为着力点,不断提高专业水平和教学技能来确保大课堂的教学质量。
The creation of a big class becomes some college' s choice to ease the students learning needs and the lack of curriculum resources contradictions. Teachers' uneven levels and the absence of teaching management departments lead to a big class polarization of College Liberal Arts. Though the improvement of the management innovation and mechanisms tend to lag behind the needs of the practice, the teachers are masters of the class is the key elements that determine the quality of teaching. So the teachers who teach at the big class should be aware of the effect of big class and value, and try to improve the quality of the course, to build quality programs as a fundamental group teaching approach, to take the attendance innovation mechanism, to use the new equipment, new technology as the focal point, and constantly improve professional knowledge and teaching skills to ensure the quality of class teaching.
