木塑纤维复合材料力学性能灰色神经网络预测

摘要 在灰色神经网络组合预测模型建模的基础上,以木塑纤维复合材料加工主要因素的正交设计试验结果为数据样本,建立木塑纤维复合材料力学性能工艺指标的预测模型。以木塑纤维复合材料加工主要因素作为输入量,对这些变量进行灰色GM(1,N)预估,再进行BP神经网络预测,获得木塑纤维复合材料力学工艺指标的预测。结果表明,所建立的预测模型能够很好地预测出木塑纤维复合材料的力学性能及工艺指标。 This paper is based on the grey-neural network combination forecasting model, and taking theorthogonal design test result of major processing factors of wood-fiber composites as the data swatch. A forecasting model of mechanics property technic index was built. The prediction of mechanics property technic index was conducted by using major processing factors of wood-fiber composites as input value, Forecast all the virables with grey-GM (1, N ), followed by forecast of BP neural network. The experimental result indicated that the built model can forecast primely mechanics property technic index.
