摘要
目的对应用舌系带矫正方式对舌系带过短患儿实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取88例患有舌系带过短的患儿,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。对照组采用不做舌系带矫正手术,仅加强语言训练;治疗组采用舌系带矫正手术,并在术后15d加强语言训练。结果治疗组患儿的舌系带过短症发音效果改善时间明显短于对照组。结论应用舌系带矫正手术可有效改善舌系带过短对患儿语言发育造成的影响,值得临床推广。
Objective Application frenum correction frenum clinical effect of treatment of short children with implementation study. Methods Extraction of 88 patients with frenum short children will be divided into a control group and a treatment group, 44 cases on average each group. Do frenum corrective surgery control group, only strengthen language training; treatment group frenum corrective surgery, and 15 days after surgery to strengthen language training. Results The treatment group of children with tongue tie short disease pronunciation effect to improve significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion Application frenum corrective surgery can be effective in improving the frenum short impact on language development in children, worthy of promotion.
