摘要
校外实训基地的建设是保障工学结合模式顺利实施的关键要素。在分析校外实训基地功能的基础上,结合所在专业建设经验,给出了校外实训基地建设的原则与思路,提出了校外实训基地在机制建设、教学管理、学生管理等方面需要进行的工作。
The setting up of off-campus training bases is a key factor in guaranteeing smooth practice of the work-based learning mode. On basis of the analysis of the functions of off-campus training bases and in the light of the experience of program establishment, this article discusses principles and ideas about the setup and the work to do for the setup in terms of mechanism establishment, teaching management and student management.
