摘要
我国现行规范规定:低温地板辐射供暖加热管最大铺设间距不宜超过300mm。但是,随着建筑外保温等技术的进步,按目前规范要求完成的设计,在运行中常出现房间过热现象。房间过热不仅使地板采暖的舒适性降低,而且也浪费了能源。本文研究了大管间距下地板辐射采暖的传热特性,以期通过合理增大埋管间距减少过热现象,降低系统投资,减少运行能耗。研究结果表明:多数情况下大管间距能够满足房间负荷要求。室内设计温度低于等于20℃、供回水平均温度大于等于45℃且地面不能覆盖类似毛毯等热阻较大的材料时可安全采用大管间距铺设。
It is specified in the manual for Design of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning of China that the tube spacing for hydronic underfloor heating system is not greater than 300mm. However, with improving thermal insulation performance of building envelope, the rooms are often overheated with the heating system. It results in not only the decrease of thermal comfort level but also the waste of energy. In this paper the heat-transfer of hydronic radiant floor heating with larger tube spacing has been studied in order to avoid overheating, decrease initial cost of hydronic system and reduce operational energy consumption. The results show that in most cases the system with larger tube spacing can meet load requirement. The suggestion is that the hydronic floor heating system with larger tube spacing is introduced when the design temperature for a room is lower than 20~C, the average temperature of the supply and return water is not less than 45~C and the floor is covered by any materials with large thermal resistance.
