摘要
本文以广州市某城区居住建筑2011年电能消耗情况为对象,统计了478栋居住建筑电能消耗状况,结果表明,居住建筑平均电能消耗量为45.85kWh(/m2年),夏季高峰时段耗电量是春季低谷时段耗电量的2.13倍,夏季高峰时段空调器耗电量约占建筑总耗电量的53%。该地区居住建筑可通过建造节能型建筑、引导居民使用高效空调设备、加强建筑节能专业知识普及,引导居民合理用能等途径降低居住建筑能耗特别是空调设备的耗电量。
Taking the electric energy consumption of Guangzhou urban residential building in 2011 as the research object, and collected 478 residential buildings' electric consumption data, the results showed that the average residential building' s electric consumption is 45.85 kWh/(m2" a), the peak electric consumption in summer is 2.13 times than low consumption in spring. The electric energy consumption of air conditioner accounts for about 53% of the total electric consumption construction in the peak time. At last, this paper introduces some detailed measures to reduce the energy consumption of residential buildings, especially the air conditioning power consumption.
