扩散式方形分离器数值模拟湍流模型的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用考虑各向异性的雷诺应力湍流模型(RSM)和Realizable k-ε湍流模型对扩散式方形分离器内的流动情况进行了数值模拟研究,比较了两种湍流模型下分离器内部气相流场的轴向、切向和径向速度分布。数值模拟计算结果表明考虑各向异性的雷诺应力湍流模型(RSM)比Realizable k-ε模型更好地反应了分离器内部的流动情况,其计算结果更为合理。 Comparing the axial, tangential and radial speed distributions of inner gas flow of separator through numerical simulation study of fluid situation inside the diffuse square separator under Reynolds stress turbulence model (RSM) and Realizable k-e turbulence model, the numerical simulated results show that Reynolds stress turbulence model (RSM) which takes anisotropy into consideration is more suitable in reflecting the fluid situation inside the diffuse square separator than Realizable k-e turbulence model and the calculation result is more reasonable.
