摘要
高压微热再生吸附式干燥器进行吸附剂再生的工作流程中,提高再生用压缩空气的温度可有效提高再生效率;针对该问题采用传统理论计算方法对错排式加热器参数进行设计,并运用CFD技术对其进行仿真计算,仿真结果与计算结果一致性程度较高。依据仿真计算的加热器内部流场分布情况,分步对加热器内部结构进行了改进,仿真结果表明改进效果良好。
air need to reach a Under high was designed for heating the high pressure air tepid regenerative dryer work condition, the regenerative low pressure temperature to improve the performance of regeneration. A traditional compressed air heater the air, and calculated the model of the heater by CFD, the results of simulation are in accordance with the results of theory. By building different heater model, the internal flow field and temperature field are investigated ,based on the results promoted the heater ,and the results proved the effects.
