摘要
设计一种低摩擦、长寿命的水润滑轴承一直都是设计者和供应商所追求的目标,而水润滑轴承润滑特性和耐磨性能的提高不仅取决于材料,还与轴承板条的结构设计密切相关。本文从水润滑轴承橡胶板条结构参数设计入手,重点分析橡胶板条厚度等参数对轴承润滑特性的影响,为低摩擦、长寿命水润滑橡胶轴承的结构设计提供参考和借鉴。
Designing the water-lubricated rubber bearings of lowness friction and length longevity is the object to designer, the lubricative and wearable speciality lies on the material and the batten configuration. Structure factors such as thickness of rubber that related to friction of rubber bearings had been studied, which can give reference to design low friction and long life rubber bearing.
