摘要
通过武汉与上海的实地实验数据,分析了船舶自动识别系统(AIS)船台固定发射功率在内河海事监管应用中的不足。依据甚高频(VHF)场强与误包率的对应关系,建立AIS船台距离-误包率的相关模型,并以此为基础提出了AIS船台自适应发射功率算法,同时提出了与算法对应的AIS船台软件硬件改进方案。仿真与实地实验测试表明,AIS船台自适应发射功率算法有效。
The experiments at Wuhan and Shanghai reveal that the Automatic Identify Systems, which have fixed transmission power, is unable to meet the requirements for its application in inland rivers. With the help of simula- tions and experiments, a special AIS terminal design is introduced, which contains self-adaptive power algorithm for building an intelligertt and reliable link between ships and shore based stations. The new terminal proves to be suit able to the AIS system and be able to make maritime information system much more reliable.
