摘要
为解决不同船舶配置号灯不同的应用情况,采用非易失性存储技术和图形化可编程技术开发了一种新型的船舶号灯控制器。控制器以单片机为控制核心,面板采用发光二极管(LED)点阵示意号灯实际布局,号灯控制电路中加入电流检测装置以监测工作状态,断路时提供声光报警。该控制器允许用户根据实际需求进行二次编程,开发软件运行于Windows环境,图形界面简单易用。通过制作样机并实验,证明系统稳定可靠。
In order to simplify the configurations of navigation lights for variety of ships, the non-volatile memory technologies and the graphical program techniques are used to develop a new type of controller for ship navigation lights. The controller uses aμC as its controlling core. The panel consists of an array of LEDs arranged according to the layout of actual navigation lights. The current measurement is integrated into the lamp control circuits to monitor the lamp's working status and to provide sound and light alarms in case of the filaments burned. The controller allows users to do secondary programming according to specific demands. The software development tools run under Windows environment. The graphical interface is straightforward and easy to use. This system is proved steady and reliable by its prototype testing.
