摘要
大容量中间再热汽轮发电机组热态启动是一项比较复杂的操作。200 MW汽轮机在热态启动过程中常出现不可避免的金属温升速度过快、金属壁温差超过允许范围、汽缸与转子胀差超限、机组动静碰磨、轴瓦振动等一系列问题。针对这些问题进行深入分析,并探讨大容量中间再热汽轮发电机组热态启动的规律。
The hot start of large capacity steam turbine generating set is a complex procedure which includes such problems as the fast increase of metal temperature, the excesses of metal wall temperature, the excesses of rotor expansion, the rub of the generator set, the shell vibration and so forth. This paper suggests some countermeasures for the same or similar problems of 200MW steam turbine.
