摘要
目的通过调查慢性病老年人家庭长期照顾者的压力状况及对专业护理知识的需求,分析原因寻求对策,以缓解家庭照顾者的压力,提高家庭长期护理质量。方法采用自设问卷对3个社区100名慢性病老年人家庭照顾者进行照顾压力及对专业护理知识需求的调查。结果慢性病老年人家庭长期照顾者压力大,对专业护理知识需求强烈。结论护士应加强对慢性病老年人家庭长期照顾者关注的力度,了解他们的需求,予以心理支持,并提供专业护理知识的培训与指导等。
Objective To release the pressure on home caregivers and improve home care of the aged with chronic diseases through an investigation and analysis. Method To carry out a survey on 100 home caregivers of patients suffering from chronic diseases to find out their pressure and demand for professional nursing knowledge. Results Home earegivers nursing the aged suffering from chronic diseases have great pressure and strong desire for professional nursing knowledge. Conclusion More concerns about home caregivers should be strengthened and more psychological care and help and more professional nursing knowledge should be provided for them.
