紫花地丁石油醚部位的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究紫花地丁石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用加热回流法及溶剂萃取法相结合提取石油醚部位化学成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其进行分析,结合计算机检索和人工谱图解析,鉴定化学成分。结果:紫花地丁石油醚部位化学成分鉴定出39个化合物。包括17个饱和烷烃,9个倍半萜,2个单萜,7个酯,1个链烯烃,1个醇,1个脂肪酸和1个饱和酮。结论:研究结果为进一步研究、开发和利用紫花地丁提供了依据。 Objective:To study the chemical composition of the Viola yedoensis Maki-no.petroleum ether fraction.Methods:By heating reflux and solvent extraction to ex-tract the chemical composition of petroleum ether,and using gas chromatography ma-ss spectrometry(GC-MS) technology to isolate and identify the chemical constituents.Results:39 chemical compounds were identified from Viola yedoensis Makino.Petro-leum ether fraction.Comprising: 17 saturated alkanes,9 Sesquiterpenes,2 monoterpenes,7 esters,1 olefins,1 alcohol,1 fatty acid,1 unsaturated ketone.Conclusion:The results of study lay the foundation for the development and utilization of Viola yedoensis Makino.
