高效液相色谱法测定虎黄烧伤搽剂中虎杖苷的含量

Determination of Content of Polydatin in Hu-Huang-Shao-Shang Linimentum with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的:建立虎黄烧伤搽剂中虎杖苷的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)条件:以Diamonsil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-水(23∶77)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长306 nm。结果:线性范围:虎杖苷对照品进样量在0.1236μg～1.9776μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),测得平均回收率99.50%,RSD:0.63%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于虎黄烧伤搽剂的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of polydatin in Hu-huang-shao-shang linimentum with high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Methods：HPLC was carried out on Diamonsil C18（5μm,250×4.6mm）column with acetonitrile-water（23∶ 77）as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.Detection wavelength was 306nm.Results：The calibration curve for polydatin was linear in the range of 0.1236μg-1.9776μg（r=0.9998）.The average recovery of polydatin was 99.50 %and RSD % was 0.36 %（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is quick,simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for quality control of huhuang Hu-huang-shao-shang linimentum.
