摘要
膝骨关节炎动物模型是当前中医骨伤研究所急需的。从"筋能束骨利机关"的中医理论溯源,筋骨力学平衡的解剖学及生物力学特点出发,从"筋伤不能束骨"角度分析膝骨关节炎模型的构建及病变机制的研究是相互论证的,这一理论不仅仅指导临床,在实验模型的构建方面也具有指导意义。
It is urgently necessary for knee osteoarthritis model in the study of osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.It was offerd theory support from physiology and pathology.＂ Tendon stabilitate bone and joint＂,anatomy and biomechanics based on force stability is the theory about physiology.The structure of the models found on＂ tendon can＇ t stabilitate bone＂ and investigation of pathogenesis is the part about pathology.This theory can offer guidance both in clinic and structure of models.
