摘要
通过对邯钢高炉煤焦置换比的研究,理论计算出不同时期置换比的值,研究得到影响置换比的主要因素有煤比、焦比、煤粉固定碳质量分数、焦炭固定碳质量分数和富氧率等。研究表明,随着煤比的增加置换比明显下降,煤比每增加10kg/t,置换比降低0.038;煤粉w(C)每增加1%,置换比可提高0.049左右;提高富氧率,有利于煤粉的燃烧,可以有效提高置换比。邯钢西区1号高炉的经济喷煤量在120~125kg/t。
Through research on the substitution rate of pulverized coal for coke at Handan Iron & Steel Co. , the rate at different stage of operation was calculated. The primary factors affecting the substitution rate were coal ratio and coke ratio, coal and coke fixed carbon mass fraction, oxygen enrichment ratio and so on. The substitution rate decreased obviously as pulverized coal injection increased. With each 10 kg/t increase of coal injection, the substitution rate decreased by 0. 038; and with each 1% increase of w (C) of the pulverized coal, the substitution rate increased by approx 0. 049. Improving the oxygen enrichment ratio helped better combustion of the pulverized coal, and increase the substitution rate effectively. The economical pulverized coal injection rate of No. 1 blast furnace of Handan Iron and Steel Co. is 120-125 kg/t.
