Process optimization and application of cold rolled steel for flux cored wire

摘要 为解决用户提出的药芯焊丝用冷轧钢w(P)超标、表面硬度偏高及药芯焊丝生产中拉延断丝等问题,对炼钢、冷轧工艺进行了优化。采用转炉双渣脱磷工艺,降低w(P)至0.011%以下;调整罩式退火冷点温度,降低钢带表面硬度约10HRB;加强冷轧机生产管理、平整采用恒伸长率模式,有效避免了生产药芯焊丝时的断丝。 In order to solve the problem of excessive w(P) content and surface hardness, and breakage during the drawing process of the cold rolled steel for flux cored wire, optimization was made in the process of steelmaking and cold rolling to lower w(P) to below 0. 011% by double-slag dephosphorization, and reduce the surface hardness by about 10 HRB by adjusting the batch annealing cool point temperature. Breakage during wire drawing was effectively avoided by enhanced management in operation and adopting constant elongation pattern in the temper mill.
