摘要
为了控制钢卷氧化铁皮的厚度和结构,研究了工业生产条件下,钢卷卷取后的冷却工艺对510MPa级大梁钢氧化铁皮厚度和结构以及铁皮附着性的影响。结果表明:钢卷卷取后采用堆垛和加盖保温罩冷却时,氧化铁皮厚度在10~20μm,氧化铁皮结构以Fe2O3和Fe3O4为主,氧化铁皮易于脱落;采用自然冷却和风机进行吹风冷却时,氧化铁皮较薄,厚度小于10μm,且氧化铁皮结构以共析Fe3O4和Fe为主,氧化铁皮的附着性较好。
In order to control thickness and structure of the scale, effects of different modes of coil cooling on scale thickness, structure and adherence were investigated. The results showed that the scale thickness was 10-20 μm, composed mainly of Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 and easy to scale off when the coil was stack-cooled or cooled with cover, while the scale thickness became less than 10 μm and the structure was mainly composed of eutectoid Fe3O4 and Fe when the coil was cooled by natural draft and jetting air, and the scale adherence to the substrate was better.
