摘要
针对井下工具螺纹3-1/2″EU的粘扣现象,对螺纹材质化学成分、金相组织、力学性能、螺纹参数进行检测和分析,并通过螺纹上卸扣试验和静水压力试验分析磷化对螺纹粘扣影响程度。结果表明,螺纹表面未经磷化处理,导致螺纹润滑性下降,摩擦力增加,造成螺纹粘扣;而磷化螺纹可明显提高螺纹抗粘扣能力,能够提高螺纹密封性能。
Aiming at the 3-1/2″EU thread gluing phenomenon, analysis was made on the thread material, chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and thread parameters. Makeup/breakout tests and hydrostatic tests were made to analyze to what extent phosphating affected thread gluing. The results showed that lack of phosphating could lead to decrease in thread lubricity and increase in thread friction, causing frequent thread gluing. Thread phosphating could remarkably improve the thread anti-gluing ability, and improve the sealing performance.
