摘要
介绍了带钢板形、设备安装精度及张力控制等影响连续退火机组跑偏的因素,并结合国内某硅钢连退机组,详细说明了单辊比例积分混合纠偏、双辊比例纠偏、双辊比例积分纠偏、APC气动八字辊纠偏的设计原则。通过机组生产实际说明了其适用范围和缺点,并将几种在连退机组设计时常用的自纠偏形式的原理做了详细描述,针对某些实际问题,提出了运用自纠偏方式的解决方案。
Factors, such as shape of strip, installation accuracy of equipment, and tension control, affecting strip running off center in CAL were introduced. Taking a silicon steel CAL in China for example, detailed description was given as regards rules and principles for design of single- (steering) roll proportional-integral mixed rectification, double-roll proportional rectification, double-roll proportional-integraI mixed rectification, and APC oblique roll rectification. Experience in practical operation revealed the scope of application and demerits whereof. Detailed description was given as regards principles of several forms of self-rectification in common use in CAL design. Aiming at certain practical problems, corrective solutions were raised accordingly.
