摘要
铁芯基座是针式打印头上的重要部件,它的形状结构复杂,精度要求高,加工成形相当困难。论述了该零件的结构特点及其不同的成形方法,综合分析选择了合适的零件材料,提出了该零件的温挤压加工工艺方法并设计了配套的成形模具,可满足产品质量和性能要求,提高生产效率,降低产品成本。
Iron core base is the key part of the dot matrix print head. Its shape is complicated in structure and is quite difficult to form with a high degree of accuracy.This article introduces the basic structure and the different forming methods of the workpiece.With the help of the proper workpiece material and the proper die structure,processing this complex workpiece by warm extruding can improve the quality of production efficiently and reduce the cost of th production.
