摘要
液压测试台与其他工业产品一样,节能、减排技术已经成为研究的重要方向之一。分析比较了不同能量回收的方案之后,提出了对挖掘机的液压泵、马达能量回收方案。简化液压系统,在AMESim环境下建立了模型,利用软件进行仿真,对功率回收率进行验证。
Like other industrial products, technology of energy saving, emission reducing has become one of the important research directions in designing hydraulic test system. And after analyzing and comparing the different energy recycling program, the thesis proposes the energy recycling proposal which is most suitable for this topic. Simplifying the hydraulic system, the paper builds the models under AMESim environment, by using software simulation, verify the power recovery.
