摘要
烟条成形技术是卷烟机的关键技术,通过研究分析一款M8型号卷烟机的烟条成形技术,对烟条输送成形过程中的烟梗分离技术,一分二技术,双流化槽等关健技术进行了研究,对实际应用效果进行分析,阐述了M8卷烟机在烟条成形技术方面取得的创新性和先进性,从而使得M8卷烟机能在20 000支/分的超高速运转速度的情况下,能够进行高质量的烟条成形,获得较好的烟支质量。
Rod formation is one of the most important technologies of the cigarette maker. The following essay will mainly study and analyze the highest speed cigarette maker - M8' s stem classify technology, splitting technology and double fluidized tank technology. It also will expound the innovation and advance of MS' s rod formation technology by comparing the theory with the production. It is the rod formation technology that guaranties the quality of cigarette while the cigarette maker has an extreme high production speed 20000 cigarettes per minute.
