Anti-typhoon Conceptual Design of Offshore Wind Turbines

摘要 为提出适合我国国情的抗台风设计方法,首先给出了台风极值风速大、非平稳性强、风向变化快、与巨浪同步等基本特征,分析了海上风力发电机组在台风作用下常见的失效模式,其中以整体倾覆、塔筒失效、叶片破坏居多。在此基础上,探索了抗台风设计的基本理念,认为抗台风设计应避免颠覆性破坏,并力争实现基于可靠度的抗台风设计。进一步地,提出了相应的抗台风举措,其中引入振动控制技术、采用钢筋混凝土塔筒等措施效果较为理想,可为我国海上风力发电机组抗台风设计提供参考。 In order to propose an anti-typhoon design method suitable for China's national conditions,this paper firstly introduces the basic characteristics of typhoon such as strong extreme wind speed,prominent non-stationary,quick change in wind direction and synchronization with huge waves.Then common failure modes of offshore wind turbines under typhoon are analyzed,including overall overturning,tower failure and blade damage.Based on this,the design concepts of anti-typhoon are explored,which suggested that the subversive failures should be prevented and the anti-typhoon design based on reliability should be adopted.Furthermore,some anti-typhoon measures are proposed,such as vibration control technology and concrete wind turbine tower,which provide references for the anti-typhoon design of offshore wind turbine in China.
