特高压网架下我国电网的磁暴灾害风险分析 被引量:2

摘要 "十二五"期间,国家电网公司大力推进以特高压为主网架的坚强智能电网建设,建成以东北和西北为送端,三华同步电网为受端的全国一张网格局。作为一种新的电网灾害,磁暴对特高压网架下我国大规模电网的影响和风险分析急需开展。分析了磁暴灾害对电网的影响机理,紧密结合"十二五"期间国家电网公司的特高压电网规划,对我国大规模同步电网的磁暴灾害风险和潜在的威胁进行了探讨。通过借鉴国外电网磁暴灾害下的运行经验,为我国大规模同步电网的建设和运行提出了防御措施和建议。 During the 12th Five-Year Plan,State Grid Company of China makes great effort to construct strong smart grid based on UHV for main grid,which will form national network pattern of northeast and northwest power grid of China for sending ends North,East and Central China synchronous power grid for receivering side. As a new desaster, the influence and risk analysis of magnetic storm on lare-scale power grid based on UHV network are urgently needed to devel0P.This paper analyses the influence mechanism of magnetic storm desaster on power grid and discusses the risk and potential threats of magnetic storm to lare-scale synchronous power grid in China based on UHV networking planning during the 12th Five-Year Plan.Drawing on the operation lessons of foreign network experienced magnetic storm desaster, preventive measures and suggestions are provided for construction and operation of lare-scale synchronous power grid in China.
