摘要 机组公用系统的控制系统设计时采用共用方式,导致设计冗余度、分散性不足,造成机组投产后控制系统的设备无法进行有效维护,其安全运行保障由板卡上电子零件抗恶劣环境能力来决定。针对海口火力发电厂海水泵远程控制站存在的隐患进行安全性分析,通过改造,解决了存在的设计问题,保证机组安全运行。对采用海水直流供水系统的控制站设计提出的观点及改造经验供同行参考与探讨,以便在设计相应系统时做出更好选择。 The common mode is used in the control system designing of the unit common service system. It results in lack of design redundancy and dispersion, causes the equipments of control system cannot be effectively maintained after unit into operation, and the safe operation is mainly depend on the capacity of electronic components on the board to determine resistance to adverse environmental. In the paper, security analysis of the hidden danger is taken on sea water pump remote control station in Haikou thermal power plant. Through renovation, the design problems are solved and the operational safety of the unit can be ensured. The view and reform experience are for reference and discussion, which is mainly on the analysis of the Seawater Supply System controllers designed.
