摘要
通过对物流服务软实力的内涵的界定,从已有理论中找到物流服务软实力的评价依据,然后建立物流服务软实力的评价指标体系,其中进行了物流服务质量评价指标的设计、指标权重分析,最终建立起综合评价模型。最后是对一家典型物流企业进行了实证研究,包括服务质量数据的收集、分析与测评,提出服务质量改进方案。
based on the connotation of the soft power of logistics service,the definition of has been found from the theory of the soft power of the logistics service evaluation,and then establish the logistics services of the soft power of the evaluation index system,including the logistics service quality evaluation of the design,the weight coefficient of index analysis,finally set up comprehensive evaluation model.The last is a typical logistics enterprise,empirical studies conducted by the quality of service including data collection,analysis and evaluation,puts forward the service quality improvement program.
