摘要
通过"十五"期间海南省污染物排放状况、环保投资现状分析,结合本省2004年度环保产业调查、2004年度经环境污染调整的绿色GDP核算结果,探索污染物排放、环保投资、环保产业与绿色GDP的关联性,提出存在问题和相关建议。
Analysis the situation between discharge amount of two main pollutants and environmental protection investment during fifteen in Hainan Province,combined with the 2004 annual survey of environmental protection industry,environmental pollution by adjusting the green GDP accounting results,to explore environmental pollution,environmental protection investment,environmental protection industry and green GDP association,puts forward the existing problems and suggestions.
