摘要
在2010年7月国家颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的序言中强调了培养创新人才的重要性和紧迫性。创新型人才是一个企业生存与发展的关键,决定着企业未来的命脉。中国流通业作为飞速发展的产业,也同样需要创新型人才的支持与推动。论文通过对流通企业创新型人才调查问卷的发放与研究,希望切实了解流通企业创新人才现状,并丰富流通业创新型人才培养体系。
《National medium and long-term educational reform and development program（2010-2020）》,issued by the government in July 2010,emphasized the importance and urgency of cultivating innovative people in its preface.Innovative people are the key to determine enterprises’ fortune and future.As the rapid development of the industry,China＇s circulation industry,also needs the improvement and support from innovative people.Based on the current enterprise innovation talent investigation questionnaires and research,I hope to understand the circulation enterprises innovation talented person present situation,and to enrich the circulation of the innovative talent training system.
