深水中构筑土坝比堆石坝具有节约投资 ,不透水等优点 ,但在深水中构筑土坝要解决水中取砂机械选型、土体流失、土 (砂 )体密实、坝口合拢等技术难题。

The earth-filled dam built in deep water has more advantages than the rock-filled one, such as saving investment and keeping watertight, the technical problems to be solved for the deep water structure such as sand borrow from water and type selection by machine, loss of soil mass, soil (sand) compaction and closure of mouth of dam were inquired in the paper.
