摘要
目的研究混凝土分形特征与混凝土碳化之间的联系,探索碳化的精细测量方法,了解不同掺合料对混凝土碳化耐久性方面的影响规律.方法通过快速碳化试验,利用改变粗视化程度的方法,精细测量了混凝土的碳化深度,并利用分形理论评价了其孔隙结构的变化对碳化耐久性宏观行为的影响.结果精细测量过程中,尺寸越小,混凝土的真实碳化深度越小.混凝土断面的二维碳化边界轮廓具有显著的多重分形的特征,碳化边界轮廓的分形维数越小,相应的碳化深度也越小.结论通过分形特征研究混凝土的碳化耐久性问题是有效的,利用分形理论可以定量地表述碳化深度的变化.
In order to further research the relationship between concrete carbonization and fractal characteristics, to explore the fine measure method of carbonization and understand the law about the different admixtures influence on carbonation durability of concrete, this paper measures the carbonation depth of concrete through the fast carbonization test and using the changing thick depending on the drawing method. Fractal theory evaluates the change of pore structure influence on carbonization durability. Research shows that, by the fine measure the scale is smaller, the real depth of concrete carbonation is smaller. Two dimension car bonization boundary of concrete section has remarkable multiple fractal characteristics. The fractal dimension of carbonization boundary is smaller, the corresponding carbonation depth is smaller. The carbonization durability of concrete studied by fractal characteristics is effective. Using fractal theory can explain the change of carbonation depth quantitatively.
