试析舞蹈的“内在节奏”

Analysis of Intrinsic Rhythm of Dance

舞蹈是一种时空艺术，其艺术表现大都需要音乐作为辅助，而音乐节奏是时间艺术的灵魂，与舞蹈艺术密不可分，舞蹈的“内在节奏”，是舞蹈的外在表现形式与艺术内涵在时间与空间上的协调统一。本文通过对舞蹈教学中的主动符合的节奏与被动符合的节奏做出分析，探讨舞蹈“内在节奏”的重要意义，并对舞蹈教学中节奏练习的误区进行分析，提出了培养舞蹈内在节奏的建议。

Dance is a kind of Time and Spatial Art, its artistic display mostly needs the musical support. But musical rhythm is the soul of the time art, and cannot be separated from dancing art. The intrinsic rhythm of dance is the time and spatial coordination and unification of the extrinsic expression and the artistic intension of dance. This paper dis- cusses the significance of the intrinsic rhythm of dance by analyzing the active and passive accordance of rhythms in dancing education. It analyzes the misunderstandings of rhythm training in dancing education and makes suggestions on how to educate the intrinsic rhythm of dance.
