心脏再同步疗法在扩张型心肌病中的应用

摘要 目前心脏再同步疗法（cardiacresynchronizationtherapy，CRT）已成为伴有心室传导障碍心力衰竭患者的一线治疗方法。许多患者在延长存活时间的同时也不同程度地改善了生存质量，然而仍有部分NYHA心功能分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的心力衰竭患者经适当而完善的强心剂（洋地黄制剂）、利尿剂（呋塞米）和血管扩张剂（硝普钠）、
