摘要
目的探讨在牙列缺损修复中应用精密附着体义齿修复的临床疗效。方法采用根面磁性、插销式及拴体拴道式精密附着体修复14例单双侧游离端牙列缺损,观察修复效果。结果随访1年,检查基牙无病变,固位稳定性强,美观舒适,咀嚼功能好,无附着体锁轴松动、义齿折裂情况。结论精密附着体修复游离端牙列缺损,具有修复效果理想。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dentition defect repair of precision attachment denture.Methods Root surface magnetic bolt and tied body tied Road Precision attachment repair 14 cases of unilateral and bilateral free end dentition defect observed repair effect.Results 1-year follow-up,patients were flu the dentures check abutments lesions,retention stability,beautiful and comfortable,good chewing function,no attachment lock shaft loose denture fracture.Conclusion precision attachment repair free end dentition defect repair satisfactorily.
