LEEP联合外用溃疡散、干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

Clinical observation of LEEP combined Topical ulcer san and interferon in cervical erosion:on 98 cases report

目的探讨高频电波(LEEP)刀联合外用溃疡散、干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将98例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例。治疗组给予LEEP刀联合外用溃疡散、干扰素治疗,对照组单用LEEP治疗。治疗后比较两组的治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗组治愈率为91.8%,高于对照组的73.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后出血率及感染率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且阴道排液时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP刀联合外用溃疡散、干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂治愈率高,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of LEEP combined Topical ulcer san and Interferon in chronic Cervical erosion.Methods 98 cases patients with Cervical erosion were divided into two groups,each of 49 cases.The treatment group were treated in LEEP combined with Topical ulcer san and Interferon,and the control group were treated with LEEP simply.After treatment,compared the efficacy and complications of two groups.Results The cure rate of the treatment group（91.8%）was higher than that of the control group（73.4%）,there was significant differences（P 0.05）.The postoperative bleeding and infection rates of treatment group were lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences（P0.05）;And time of vaginal discharge was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion LEEP combined Topical ulcer san and Interferon in Cervical erosion has high cure rate and little adverse reactions.
