从江淮父系亲属称谓讨论移民研究的一个侧面 被引量：1

摘要 方言地理学同时着重时间与空间两个因素,基本论点在于一个方言在地理空间形成的横向分布,可以反映方言形式在历史,也就是时间上纵向的层次。藉由汉语方言中指称父系尊亲属"爷"、"爹",或与"爹"同源的"大(达)(ta315)"的称谓研究为例,探讨历史语言学与方言地理学的方法论问题,其中的关键在于是否可以从"纯粹"的语言学方法探讨方言在时间与空间的变异?换句话说,完全依赖当代方言地图以及语音或形态的分析是否能够反映出方言发展的过程?最后指出移民研究与汉语方言地理学、历史语言学的互补意义。
