摘要
化妆品检测实验室有害元素污染主要来自检测样品,随着检验样品数量的增加及实验室使用时间累加而造成实验室内交叉污染并逐渐积累,威胁实验人员身体健康、影响检测数据的准确性,如何预防和治理污染是当下之急。本文尝试采用铅、汞、砷在样品中的检出限及其在样品中检测值的分散程度评价实验室受污染的程度。分析污染路径、制定综合防治措施,经过多年实践验证明非常有效。
The harmful element pollution of cosmetics examination laboratory mainly comes from examining samples.Cross-contamination in laboratories is caused and gradually accumulated due to the increasing number of examining sample and the accumulation of laboratory's using time,which threatens the health of lab personnel and affects the accuracy of monitoring data.How to prevent,control and solve the pollution has become a problem of top priority.This article attempts to use the sample detection limits of lead,mercury and arsenic and their dispersion degree in the sample to evaluate the laboratory pollution degree.It proves to be very effective to analyze pollution path and develop comprehensive measures after many years of practice.
