摘要
为了满足纸质信封生产自动化的要求,在分析交流伺服系统特点的基础上,设计了基于DSP的多伺服电机同步控制系统。外围采用计数器HCTL_2021构成解码计数电路,通过相应的控制算法,实现了同步控制。同时实现了对电机微调的功能,以满足工程中调试和检修的要求。测试结果表明,该同步控制系统满足信封包装机精度要求,实时性好且操作方便,达到预期设计目标。
In order to meet the requirements of automatic production of the paper envelope machine,and based on analysis of the characteristics of the AC servo system,DSP-based Multi-servo motor synchronous control system was designed.Peripheral decoding counting circuit constituted by counter HCTL_2021.Appropriate control algorithm was used to achieve the synchronization control.Also,the motor fine tuning function was accomplished to satisfy the engineering debugging and maintenance requirements.The test results show that the synchronization control system which meets the requirements of the envelope packaging machine precision and has good real-time and operation achieve the desired design goals.
