摘要 设计了一种新型电容电感测量装置,采用STC89C52单片机作为硬件电路核心,利用电容(电感)—电压转换法将待测电容器或电感器的相关参数转换电压信号,通过软件计算,得到待测参数。实验表明,以0.05%精度的阻抗测试仪为基准标定后,该测量仪的测量精度达到0.5%,该装置具有数字显示、操作简便、自动测量,较高的测量精度和低成本等优点。 A new measuring instrument for capacitor and inductor was designed.It employed STC89C52 as control core of hardware circuit,and utilized capacitance(inductance)-voltage conversion principle.Measured data were processed by software program.Based on the values measured by the impedance instrument(0.05%),the experiment has proved that the measuring system has advantages of digital display,simple operation,automatic measurement,accuracy of 0.5% and low cost.
