摘要
本文测定了测定曲壳藻sp.最适温度范围,以及产生抑制作用的临界温度;解析并讨论了曲壳藻sp.在高温胁迫后的恢复能力、温度胁迫对其光合作用的影响以及可能的作用机制。从而揭示曲壳藻sp.群落消涨演替过程中温度所起的作用。结果显示,曲壳藻sp.的最适温度范围为15~35℃,自然条件下高温不是其消亡的主要原因。热胁对光合作用的破坏首先发生在暗反应所需的酶,而光系统Ⅱ不受影响。
In this report,we set out the most suitable temperature range and the critical temperature bringing inhibiting effect for the multiplication of Pinnularia sp.Analyzing on the recoverability from a temperature-restrained condition and its effect and function,we concluded that temperature has an effect on the multiplication of Pinnularia sp.The result showed that the most suitable temperature range of Pinnularia sp is 15-35°C.So high temperature is not the main reason for the water bloom of Pinnularia sp demise under natural conditions.Heat stress has damaging effects on Pinnularia sp's photosynthesis.The effects firstly occur on the enzyme which dark reaction need.Photosystem Ⅱ is not affected in this condition.
