摘要
随着人们对教师教育的日益关注,如何评估教师教育质量尤其是教师教育课程质量成为了国际教师教育领域的研究热点。本研究以美国加利福尼亚州教师质量评估(PACT)为个案,具体分析了PACT制定的依据、具体内容以及实施情况。不难发现,PACT体现了从标准出发,确保了其专业性和科学性;将课程学习与资格考试相结合;内容清晰度高,实践操作性强等特点。
The quality evaluation of the teacher education programs has become a hot issue. The paper focuses on Performance Assessment for California Teachers (PACT) ; and examines the basis and implementation of PACT. PACT bears the following features: the realization of the professional and scientific requirement of teacher education; combination of curriculum and certificate test; and clear-targeted and highly-practical content.
