Cause Analysis and Prevention Measures of Accidents of Auxiliary Hook Hoisting in Overhead Travelling Crane

通过对一起吊钩桥式起重机冲顶事故的原因分析,指出了副钩起升高度限位器失灵,是导致事故发生的直接原因;并提出了有效选型及装设两套不同形式的起升高度限位器的改进措施,同时为加强起重设备的安全管理,做好事故的预防控制工作,杜绝类似事故的再次发生提出了相应的控制对策。

Through the cause analysis of an accident of auxiliary hook hoisting in overhead travelling crane, this paper points out that the failure of lifting height limiter of auxiliary hook is the direct cause of the accident. Furthermore, it proposes effective selections and installation approaches of two different sets of the lifting height limiters to improve the current situation. At the same time, it proposes some controlling measures to strengthen the security management of lifting equipment,and to prevent and control the accidents, and to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
