摘要
奥迪特质量评审方法于上世纪七十年代由德国大众汽车公司提出,至今发展近50年,广泛应用于世界上许多著名汽车公司。近年来,"大金龙"为进一步提高整车质量,提高产品全球竞争力,建立了奥迪特质量评审体系及方法。本文介绍了奥迪特质量评审方法在金龙客车企业的实际应用。
Quality Audit Method was used by Volkswagen Group in 1970s and has developed for nearly 50 years.It is widely used in many famous automobile companies all over the world.In order to luther enhance the quality and the global competitiveness of products,King Long Bus has established the Quality Audit Management System and Method. This paper introduces the practical application of the Quality Audit Method in King Long Bus.
