摘要
考虑到激光振镜扫描式系统因具有高精度和高速度而广泛应用于激光加工行业中。采用下位机控制器、步进电机及其驱动器,以及一些光学元件搭建了二维激光扫描演示实验系统。硬件上先后介绍了设计中的激光扩束方案、系统精度分析和执行元件的选择;软件上讨论了系统的插补算法和下位机程序流程。最后与设计的用户界面联合测试,结果表明:系统工作稳定可靠,达到了设计要求。
According to the laser galvanometer scanning system is widely used in laser processing industry, with the character of high precision and high speed. A two-dimensional laser scanning demonstration experiment is built based on the lower machine controller, stepper motors and their drives, as well as some of the optical elements. The laser beam expander program, system accuracy analysis and the choice of actuator are firstly discussed; then the interpolation algorithm of the system and lower machine program flow chart are also detailed. At Last, the joint test with the design of the user interface is executed, and the results show that the system is reliable, and met the design requirements
