摘要
CNG压缩机曲轴结构复杂,加工精度要求高,由于曲拐较多导致曲轴整体高度偏小,导致曲轴加工过程难度大且位移较大精度保证都有较大困难,本文拟通过分析找出此问题的关键所在。本文采用大型有限元软件Ansys软件进行三维实体建模并对其进行切削加工过程用荷载代替刀具作用于曲轴的行为进行动态仿真分析。论文研究结果对CNG压缩机曲轴提高加工精度和降低成本都有非常积极的意义。
Crankshaft of CNG compressor has a complicated structure and strict demand for machining precision. It consists of several cranks, and its height is small, which lead to large displacement (due to its poor rigidity) and great difficulty in machining with high precision. The aim of present paper is just to find effective ways to these problems. A three-dimensional finite element model of the crankshaft was established, and the cutting process was simulated using ANSYS. Cutting tool was simplified into moving load in the simulation. The work provides a theoretical guidance for increasing machining precision and reducing cost.
