社会经济的发展给很多焦化厂提供了发展的空间,而很多焦化厂也借着这一时机努力扩大自己的生产规模,增加自己的设备总量。规模的扩大和设备量的增加确实带来了更高的经济效益的同时也给焦化厂的安全带来了更多的隐患。而焦化厂要想避免不必要的安全事故就要学会提高设备的安全管理水平,提升企业形象。本文结合目前焦化厂设备安全管理的现状引进了先进的"5S"管理模式,通过开展理念宣传、规划设计、组织建设、开展实际管理、评审验收等多方面工作来达到提高安全管理水平的作用。

With the development of social economy, a great number of coke plants gain developing chances. Thus, many coke plants expand the scale of production and increase the quantity of equipment, which bring both higher economic benefits and hidden danger. In order to avoid the unnecessary accidents, coke plants should learn to improve their level of safety management and to promote their image. Based on the present situation of safety management of coke plants equipment, this essay will introduce an advanced ＂5S＂ management model under which such tasks as spreading ideas, planning programming, organizing construction, conducting management and acceptance check are carried out with the purpose to improve the level of safety management.
